There’s a gap no one dares to name.
A space between what we’re good at and what the system decides is valid. They call it experience, but what they really mean is access. To unpaid internships. To connections. To polished buzzwords that sound professional. Meanwhile, an entire generation has been leading squads, managing resources, thinking strategically under pressure… on different maps. They told us gaming was a waste of time. What they didn’t know is—we were training.

So we built LinkedIn XP.
A fictional alliance between LinkedIn and Steam that translates gaming hours into professional skills. Not as a joke—but as a glitch in the system. We created a plugin, a full OOH campaign, custom badges, and a global challenge: rewrite your résumé from the one place you always felt capable. Because if 3,000 hours in Minecraft doesn’t count as systems thinking, then what does?
