People are tired of dating. But not of connection. We’re a generation stuck between the algorithm and the craving for serendipity. We delete dating apps, but still want someone to make us a playlist. We ghost, orbit, spiral, and text our ex, only to wish a song could understand what we actually meant. So we built Tuned a campaign that lives inside Spotify and turns emotional chaos into curated playlists, powered by a chatbot that doesn’t judge you, just tunes in. But Tuned doesn’t stop at the soundtrack. When you're ready to go out, it sends you to places that match your emotional vibe: concerts, bars, dancefloors, or just somewhere to feel something again. The bot doesn’t just recommend music; it knows where the music is in Mexico City. And more importantly, where you should be. What makes Tuned different isn’t the algorithm. It’s that it’s powered by real people.
To give that craving a voice, we created the 1-800 system: emotional shortcuts in the form of playlists, stickers, and messages like 1-800-El Amor Apesta or 1-800-Saca Plan. QR-coded stickers lived in club bathrooms. WhatsApp became the entry point to text your chaos and get back a plan. The first 1,000 users received a tote bag printed with their personalized playlist cover. Because nothing says “I’m spiraling” like merch. Tuned became what we all needed: not a solution, not a lecture, just rhythm, location, and a little emotional support.
